Legal form of the company

FISHER Funds is a company for management of private investment funds. It was founded on June 15th, 2007 and registered in the Central Registry of Republic of Macedonia. The company's primary activity is raising and management of private investment funds in the name of the company and on behalf of its investors.

The company undertakes activities related to raising and management of private funds in accordance with the Regulations for Investment Funds and the Fund guidelines. The company acts in the best interests of the investors emphasizing the priorities of safety, profitability, liquidity and risk management.

Auditor

The Auditing Company of the Macedonian Auditing Center is the official auditor of all Fisher funds.
